Described as the largest non-profit photographic gallery in Western Canada, the gallery has offered a variety of contemporary and historical photographic and media exhibitions since 1981. It is operated by The British Columbia Photography and Media Arts Society with a mandate to exhibit and disseminate photography and media art, emphasizing contemporary Canadian work within a context of historical and international art. Pemberton Studios
Recently-opened gallery-studio of five practising artists: Lanett Barker, Margaret Dennis, Daphne McLean, Sheron Perkins and Ursula Salemink-Roos. The workspace-gallery setting idea was developed when the artists, who know each other, collaborated to share space as well as support each other in their artistic progress. Mon, Wed, Fri 9 am - 1 pm or by appointment.

Seymour Art Gallery
This resident gallery, based in the Deep Cove Shaw Theatre, features regularly changing exhibitions and is open to the public seven days a week from 10am - 5pm. The gallery is also open to theatre guests during evening productions. Many of the pieces of art and crafts viewed in the gallery can be purchased through the theatre gift shop, Treasure Cove.
